How We Work
HOW WE WORK?
1. Brief and idea
To start out we have an initial meeting to discuss the project/idea/content and your requirement.
We also use a questionnaire to gauge how firm your plans are at this point.
This stage of work is free of charge.
2. Quotation
We will then provide you with a quotation for an initial engagement (1-10 days duration) to allow the project to be scoped out in detail.
As part of this we will describe what the next stages should be and how we can assist and what our deliverables would be.
3. Initial Engagement (1-10 days)
Define the project in detail and it’s current status.
Build a list of recommendations/execution plan.
Build a number of options on how we can further assist with specific services and deliverables (plus associated costs).
4. Client decision
The client then decides on whether to engage Lumus for the front end work or not.
5. Commence engagement
Based on the clients requirements, we put a plan in place with key milestones to deliver our services.

William worked for me as Project Manager for a refit of a Vial Filling Facility, in support of a new product introduction, in Suite 2 in Grange Castle for over 12 months. William has an excellent ability to break down complex situations into logical, meaningful tasks which he assembles into executable project plans.
